Chartis Environmental has introduced the first significant update to its Pollution Legal Liability (PLL) Select Policy Form in six years.  This form may be used with a wide variety of industrial, commercial, and habitational real estate risks.  The updated form provides coverage flexibility by offering a menu of coverage options that can be selected by the insured including on- and off-site clean-up of new and pre-existing pollution conditions as well as coverage for third-party claims for bodily injury and property damage resulting from pollution conditions.  In addition, it offers coverage for emergency response costs, third-party claims for non-owned locations and also for covered operations.  Coverage highlights including features, benefits and the classes of business ideal for the PLL Select Pollution Liability Policy can be found here.
